Vasudhaa Chaitanya is a dedicated
teacher of Advaita Vedanta. When the call to explore the mysteries of
the Universe and its function grew in her, she dedicated herself to the
studies of Vedanta in Arsha Vidya Gurukulam (Coimbatore) and Sandeepany
Sadhanalaya (Mumbai). She is today an accomplished Acharya and is the
founder of Viva Vedanta Foundation (a charitable, non profit
organisation).
The Centre set amidst the tranquil and green surroundings of Parsik Hill, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, to spread the teachings of the ancient scriptures. Acharya conducts lecture sessions and workshops that help one overcome emotional blocks and thereby enhance the potential within each one of us. These workshops help immensely to recognize and understand the true nature of our Self. She travels often meeting more and more people sharing Self knowledge with all irrespective of class, caste, religion or nationality.
There are regular lectures and talks in Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai comprising of Bhagavad Gita, Adi Shankara’s texts and some Bhakti texts too. The aim of the sessions is to aid a systematic study of the ancient Indian wisdom to all participants centered on the principles of Listening, Learning and Living.
The Acharya also conducts long term courses in basic and advance Vedanta at the Centre. The course covers many Advaita texts, Upanishads and Dhyanam (meditations). She unfolds the subtleties of the scriptures in a simpler manner for contemplation and wholesome living.
